How to Login

In order to login to Curling I/O you need an e-mail address. Here are the steps:

1. Click the Login Link in the top right corner of the page
2. You will see a screen that give you 2 options: Send me a Login Link and Login with Gmail
3. If you use Gmail, then the fastest way to login is to select Login with Gmail. This will bring you to the Gmail Login page where you can select your account. If you are already logged in to your Gmail account, it will automatically log you in to Curling I/O.
4. If you don't have a Gamil account, then choose Send ma a Login Link. You will immediately be sent an e-mail with a login link. When you click that link, you will be logged into Curling I/O.
5. If for some reason you can't click the link, you can instead copy the "Token" form the e-mail and paste it into the "Token" field on the Curling I/O Login page.

Once you are logged in you will be able to manage your cart and manage your curling profile(s)

Passwordless Login

Curling I/O doesn't use passwords. Passwords are the primary cause of most data breaches on the internet. This means that you'll never have to remember a password to access the system and your personal information is more secure that with most other systems.

How to Register for a League

1. Find the league you want join on the leagues page
2. Click on the "Add to Cart" Button next to the league. If you don't see the "Add to Cart" League, then it is either sold out or hadn't opened for registrations yet.
3. Next you will be asked to login so that you are in the secure section of the website.
4. Once you have logged in, you will be directed to you cart. There should be an Information Required link in the details section next to your league. Click on this link to assign a curler profile to this league.
5. If you haven't created a curler profile, you will be asked to create one. Fill out all of the required information so that we have up to date information on file and can contact you if required. Then clock the save and continue button. If you already have a curler profile for the person joining this league, select that profile.
6. If you have not already agreed to the club waiver, you will be asked to agree to the waiver before proceeding. At the bottom of the waiver enter the text prompted, indicating that you agree with the waiver. For Junior curlers, type "We Agree" indicating that both the junior curler and their parent/guardian agree to the waiver. You only need to agree to the waiver once per season per curler. This waiver was updated in 2020 to include clauses about COVID-19.
7. If you have not already agreed to the COVID-19 Declaration of Compliance, you will be asked to agree to it before proceeding. At the bottom of the Declaration enter the test prompted, indicating that you agree.
8. The next page will prompt you to fill our the required information for the league. You are required to enter your Skip's name, please ensure that everyone on your team enters the same Skip name, otherwise your team will not get created properly. If you want, you can enter a team name that will show up on the schedule instead of the Skip's name. If your team has more that 4 players, enter your lineup of players, so that you only pay your portion of the total team registration cost. Once completed, click Save and Continue.
9. This will take you back to your cart. You can add other leagues for other curlers in your family, or add other products like a locker. You can also see the discount(s) you received if appropriate.
10. You can now complete your registration be selecting a payment method: "Credit/Debit" or "Cash/Cheque". If you choose "Credit/Debit" you will pay online. If you choose "Cash/Cheque" you will need to make arrangements to pay the amount owed to the club. We strongly encourage you to pay online as it greatly simplifies the accounting process.

Parents Registering Children

You can register children the same way that you register yourself, and on the same transaction if you want. Just add their league to your cart and when you click information required choose (or create) their curler profile instead of yours. Additionally, when you create your child's curler profile, you can put their e-mail address as the "Secondary email". They will be able to use that login to see and edit their curler profile.
